The ladies league meets on the 4th Sunday of every month. These training courses are designed to help women of all experience levels, and we focus on personal defense. You do not need to be a club member in order to participate.

We offer 2 training sessions, so pick the one that fits your schedule the best.

PM Session 1-4 pm

Location: OKCGC Main Clubhouse

One of the most effective ways to avoid becoming a victim is to spot an attack before it happens. Whether you’re being approached in a parking lot or walking through a crowd.

This is part-one of a two-part series. All training for this 1st session will be held indoors and will allow students to develop, practice and improve their skills in a safe and controlled environment. You will be working with the inert OC spray as well as flashlights, and blue guns. **No live ammo or firearms allowed in the classroom during this training seminar. See exception below for CCW.

*Part two will be held in the Spring at the Training Range, when the weather is nicer. It will include the live range session and more decision making drills. So keep an eye out for it!!

Arrive a few minutes early to sign waiver and pay.

Items needed: Clear eye protection.

Please wear comfortable tennis shoes, and some sort of pant that will allow you to tuck in a blue training gun (no super long shirts – you will need to be able to access your “tools”). We will be doing some interactive role-playing and you will need to be able to move around easily. For those that have limited movement, I have something for you too!!

I will be providing flashlights, inert pepper spray, and blue guns. *If you have your own flashlight, feel free to bring it.
